A great article was written by Professor Fabio's good friend, Luca Atalla in last month's issue of Gracie Magazine about nutrition and eating healthy. The article touches on some really great points about nutrition as Luca outlines the Fundamentals to eating healthy specifically for Jiu Jitsu training. He talks a little about plant based versus protein based diets, whole foods versus supplements, superfoods, and the importance of eating organic.
