Dini Leopoldo is the Head Fitness Instructor at the Morumbi Jiu Jitsu and Fitness Academy. She specializes in Russian Kettlebell training, where she has achieved both Level 1 and Level 2 certifications. She’s also an NASM Personal Trainer, expert in the use of body weight and TRx training techniques.
